Local post-hardcore outfit, T-Rex Marathon, has dropped a new track titled Faux News.
The single is available to stream on Spotify and all other stores and streaming services.
Faux News is a hard hitting song about the current state of news and media in the world and specifically the United States.
The band stated:
“Let’s get political. The title is a pun on “Fox News” and fake news (as if it wasn’t obvious). It’s us holding a mirror to our neighbours to the south and diagnosing some of the more obvious issues with them and by extension, the rest of the western world.”
Faux News is the first single from their upcoming full length LP, Days Without Incident, which will be released in October of this year.
